Neil Sweeney founded and serves as CEO of Freckle IoT and Killi. Freckle is a global data company specializing in media measurement and identity. The Freckle offline media measurement solution determines the effectiveness of media to drive customers into a physical location. Killi, the consent management solution for privacy and compliance challenges facing consumers and companies. Technologies Neil created are used by Fortune 50 brands like Coca-Cola, Lowe’s, Walmart, General Motors, Unilever, and Mondelez. They are also the core component of the top media demand-side platforms, including Adelphic, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, MediaMath, RocketFuel, and TubeMogul.

Marla Baum, Senior Director of People and Culture
Marla has over a decade of experience in people management, specializing in early stage, high growth tech start-ups. At Freckle IoT, Marla is responsible for creating and implementing HR management strategies to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated team. Prior to Freckle, Marla played an integral role on the management team of JUICE Mobile, a mobile technology and advertising firm. At JUICE, she built and ran the human resources department while supporting the business through it’s rapid growth and eventual acquisition.
Laura Jordan, Director, Finance
Laura has over a decade of finance experience including a strong background in the information technology and services industries. Laura comes to Freckle most recently from Porter Airlines where she served as a manager of financial reporting. She began her career at Ernst & Young and is charged with managing the finance and accounting departments at Freckle.
Jenny Fahlbush, VP, Marketing
Jenny has over 2 decades of experience spanning B2B and B2C with an extensive background in developing and implementing brand-aligned marketing programs that deliver results. She is an award-winning marketer with experience repositioning numerous legacy brands, as well as establishing new brands. She has worked with brands including IDG Communications, Inc., Sonesta Hotels, The Boston Globe, Boston.com and Mindshare Interactive Campaigns. Jenny leads the marketing and communications for Freckle and Killi.
Brad Marks, President Product
Brad is a veteran product leader with over 20 years of international product experience. Prior to joining Freckle, he spent over 15 years in management positions for several startups as well as large enterprises. His experience includes leading Product and Engineering teams at ExtendMedia (acquired by Cisco), Asset Inc. (acquired by Davis and Henderson), Research in Motion, and Juice Mobile (acquired by YellowPages). Brad currently leads the product team for Freckle and Killi.
Rob Osborne, Director, Engineering
Rob is charged with leading the Engineering teams for Freckle and Killi. Rob comes to Freckle most recently from Yulio Technologies where he served as CTO. Rob has also owned his own Web Development company for the last decade. Rob’s brings a wealth of technology leadership to the team specifically around providing software architecture and technical leadership in diverse industries including medical imaging, medical diagnostics, firewalls, email security, web applications, mobile applications and VR/AR.
Anthony Tsigourakos, SVP, Sales
Anthony has over 15 years of experience selling advertising products to agencies and direct brands, with a strong track record of bringing startups to market. Prior to joining Freckle, he was the VP of Sales, North America at AdParlor, which acquired TriVu Media, a video startup Anthony helped launch. He got his first taste of startup acquisition during his time as Executive Sales Director at BLiNQ Media, that was acquired by Gannett in 2012. Anthony began his ad sales career at NCC Media, where he spent nearly five years selling spot cable to advertising agencies. He currently leads the global sales team at Freckle.
