Neil Sweeney founded and serves as Chairman and CEO of Freckle and Killi. Freckle is a global data company specializing in media measurement and identity. The Freckle offline media measurement solution determines the effectiveness of media to drive customers into a physical location. Killi, the consent management solution for privacy and compliance challenges facing consumers and companies. Technologies Neil created are used by Fortune 50 brands like Coca-Cola, Lowe’s, Walmart, General Motors, Unilever, and Mondelez. They are also the core component of the top media demand-side platforms, including Adelphic, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, MediaMath, RocketFuel, and TubeMogul.

Brad Marks

Head of Product

Brad is a veteran product leader with over 20 years of international product experience. Prior to joining Freckle, he spent over 15 years in management positions for several startups as well as large enterprises. His experience includes leading Product and Engineering teams at ExtendMedia (acquired by Cisco), Asset Inc. (acquired by Davis and Henderson), Research in Motion, and Juice Mobile (acquired by YellowPages). Brad currently leads the product team for Freckle and Killi.

Anthony Tsigourakos

Chief Revenue Officer

Anthony has over 15 years of experience selling advertising products to agencies and direct brands, with a strong track record of bringing startups to market. Prior to joining Freckle, he was the VP of Sales, North America at AdParlor, which acquired TriVu Media, a video startup Anthony helped launch. He got his first taste of startup acquisition during his time as Executive Sales Director at BLiNQ Media, that was acquired by Gannett in 2012. Anthony began his ad sales career at NCC Media, where he spent nearly five years selling spot cable to advertising agencies. He currently leads the global sales team at Freckle.

Sean Homuth

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Homuth is Chief Financial Officer of Freckle, bringing extensive experience with both Canadian and US publicly traded organizations both in industry as well as from a client perspective during his tenure at Ernst & Young and, more recently, as an independent consultant. Previously, Mr. Homuth was Chief Financial Officer at Orezone Gold Corporation (and Vice President Finance & Administration for its predecessor company, Orezone Resources Inc.). At Orezone Mr. Homuth led a global team of finance professionals and was involved in over C$800M in financings and M&A transactions with the company and its predecessor. Subsequent to Orezone, Mr. Homuth served as Chief Accounting Officer for the Royal Canadian Mint. Mr. Homuth holds accounting designations in both Canada (CPA, CA) and the United States (CPA – Illinois).

Laura Jordan

VP, Finance

Laura has over a decade of finance experience including a strong background in the information technology and services industries. Laura comes to Freckle most recently from Porter Airlines where she served as a manager of financial reporting. She began her career at Ernst & Young and is charged with managing the finance and accounting departments at Freckle.

Marla Baum

Head of People

Marla has over a decade of experience in people management, specializing in early stage, high growth tech start-ups. At Freckle IoT, Marla is responsible for creating and implementing HR management strategies to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated team. Prior to Freckle, Marla played an integral role on the management team of JUICE Mobile, a mobile technology and advertising firm. At JUICE, she built and ran the human resources department while supporting the business through its rapid growth and eventual acquisition.
